Contest Rules for “Guilty Pleasures” Contest (NOV 08)-WCW5Must be 18 years or older to win/qualify. No purchase necessary. Contest runs from 11-03-08 to 11-21-08. One winner/qualifier per household. All winner/qualifiers must be from the WCW5 DMA viewing area. Void where prohibited. Chances of winning depend on the number of correct calls to WJJS radio station. Grand Prize(s) are not transferable. Grand prize-winner(s) to be announced LIVE at “Pink” on 419/Franklin Road at 2pm on November 22. ALL QUALIFIERS MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN GRAND PRIZE!

Only one qualifier per family or household. Qualifiers will be required to present a valid driver’s license or other form of identification at check-in to verify their claim of the prize. Winner will be required to execute an Indemnification and Waiver of Liability, whereby participating entrants agree that the participants, Clearchannel Radio, and Grant Communications it’s subsidiaries, their affiliates, officers, directors, agents and their employees are not liable for any injury or damage of any kind resulting from the entry of the contest. Entrants agree to give permission to use entrant/s name and/or likeness for the purpose of advertising and trade without compensation. Qualifier and Winner must meet eligibility requirements as required by Clearchannel Radio, and Grant Communications, it’s subsidiaries, their affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and their employees shall not be responsible for lost, misdirected, illegible or late entries. By entering, contestants accept these rules and agree to be bound by the results of the contest. All decisions made by Clearchannel Radio and Grant Communications. Rules may be changed or modified as conditions warrant. Employees of Grant Communications and their immediate families are not allowed to participate. Advertising agencies in affiliation with Grant Communications and their employees and immediate families are not allowed to participate. All entries must be from WCW5 TV-CW5 viewing area. All qualifiers/winners must be legal citizen of the United States of America. WCW5 TV-CW5 and Grant Communications holds the right to deny any and all entries if not adherent to the rules or would pose a danger to themselves or other employees of WCW5 TV-CW5 or Grant Communications. Prize Redemption/Claim/Releases:. Prizes may be claimed within thirty (30) days from the date of winning. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited. Winners must complete a signed affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release. To meet Federal Tax Regulations, all winners must present their social security number and are responsible for all taxes associated with prizes. Prizes are considered income and taxes on said prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner, by acceptance of a prize, agrees to release WCW5 TV-CW5 and Grant Communications, it’s ownership, sponsors, advertising and promotion agencies, their immediate families, successors and assigns from any and all liability for claims, actions or proceedings for injuries or damages sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the prize or while traveling to, preparing for or participating in any prize-related activity. All decisions are final. WCW5 TV-CW5 holds the right to change any aspect of contest at any time without prior notice. |
To enter the promotion participants must call into WJJS radio station and know the “Guilty Pleasure” clue shown during CW Prime Programming, Monday through Friday 8-10pm on WCW5 TV-CW5 on contest dates indicated. To enter via television and radio contests, watch WCW5 TV-CW5 and listen to WJJS for chances to qualify. Employees of WCW5 TV-CW5 (WJJS), Clearchannel Radio Group or their families, are not eligible to enter. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Odds of winning depends upon the number of people qualified and called into the radio station.
